To initiate a product request, we require a fully refundable $20 deposit. This deposit confirms your commitment to the item.

 

If we're unable to acquire the product within a reasonable timeframe, we'll promptly refund your deposit. Conversely, if we successfully obtain the item and you choose not to proceed with the purchase, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
